Essential (Half Day)
$450 + $70 per Composite Photo

Standard (Full Day)
$650 + $70 per Composite Photo
• Up to 8 hours on location
• Usually about 15-20 composite shots (tripod)

Premium (2 Full Days)
$1300 + $70 per Composite Photo
• 2 days on location, up to 8 hours per day
• Usually about 30-40 composite shots (tripod)
• Includes indefinite amount of handheld detail shots
* The amount of composite photos we capture in a given amount of time varies due to different logistics on site, such as: how prepared the space is prior to shooting, and how much time is spent staging for each shot.
The difference between composite shots (tripod) and detail shots (handheld)
Composite shots are the bread-and-butter of the photoshoot. They consist of layering multiple images to achieve dynamic results while capturing the complete space. These shots usually take about 20-30 mins with staging/perfecting of composition and lighting. I typically use an off-camera flash to accentuate areas or fix unwanted lighting aberrations. These photos require extensive attention to detail and color correction in post-production for visually appealing, editorial-style results.
Composite shots (tripod)
Detail shots use a shallow depth of field to focus more on one singular subject. I typically rely soly on natural lighting for these images. Though these photos are still very visually appealing, they do not require as much work on location or in post production. I do not charge extra for these images.
Detail shots (handheld)
Each package comes with a broad usage license that allows you to use the images for any purpose, without any restrictions on how or where you use them. As a result, you have the freedom to showcase your beautiful spaces in any way you choose, without worrying about extra fees or limitations. The only condition is that you do not distribute or share the photos with others who have not obtained a license directly from me. There is a 30% cost for additional parties obtaining the photos. Please inquire with me for additional parties involved.
Licensing
All packages include standard retouching to enhance the appearance of your photos! This will include compositing multiple frames for more dynamic and visually appealing images with greater depth and detail, colour correction for accurate and natural-looking colours, and cleanup for removing minor distractions, such as light switches, motion detectors, power outlets, cords, clutter, dust, stains, and other blemishes on walls, floors, and furniture.
Retouching Included
I'm based in Lake Helen, FL. For assignments beyond the Orlando area and the Daytona Beach Area, a travel fee of 75¢/mi will be added to the total cost. For assignments requiring overnight stays, travel expenses will be calculated based on the location, duration, and logistics. Please contact me for a personalized quote regarding travel requirements — expenses such as airfare, accommodation, and meals will be invoiced separately.
Travel
I require the package fee (eg: $450, $650, $1300) of the chosen package to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms my availability for your project. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the final images — payment can be made through Apple Cash or PayPal.
